Ingredients
One package contains 5 Cassettes, Developing solution and Reference card.
(Cassette)
・Mouse anti-NT-proANP monoclonal antibody
・Rabbit anti mouse IgG antibody
・Platinum nano-composites labeled mouse anti-NT-proANP monoclonal antibody
(Developing solution)
・2-Amino-2-hydroxymethy-1,3-propanediol with 1% BSA(containing<0.1% sodium azide)
How to use
(1)Take the cassette and developing solution out of the refrigerator and bring them to room temperature before use.
(2) Add 20 µL of the sample to the sample well of the cassette, then immediately add two drops of the developing solution to the well.
(3)After leaving it at room temperature (10–35°C) for 20 minutes, then check the result visually by comparing with the reference card.
